This excellent location provides the ideal opportunity to experience all the countryside has to offer – from a vast array of country sports with loads of ‘have-a-go’ opportunities, to fine foods and animals – all this and lots more… and it’s not just for the country sports enthusiast but all of the family to enjoy throughout the weekend.

Yorkshire Modified Car Show

The Yorkshire Modified Car Show, one of the best car show events in Yorkshire and the North of England, was established over 14 years ago. This event showcases these cars at their finest, giving enthusiasts the chance to see and hear all the action. One of the highlights is the show car competition known the Yorkshire Top 20 featuring the top 20 cars entered from around the UK.
The event includes a specialist Trade Village, ICE Competition which includes SPL Wars presenting dB-Drag and Bass Race and Supercar Paddock,
Featuring in the main arena is the Dangerous Steve Show who has thrilled audiences in all parts of the United Kingdom for many years. Non-Stop, thrill-a-minute with Dangerous Steve’s full arena attraction featuring Quad Bike Stunts, Motorbike Tricks and Steve’s Unique One-wheeler-motor-bike with his amazing upside-down roll – the only person to perform this daring stunt. This is a not-to-be-missed action-packed experience.
There will be hundreds of Cars on display from around the country, together with trade stands, fairground rides and catering units situated around the showground – something to suit everyone.
Over the course of the day will be the Driver Challenge Obstacle Course taking place in the main arena, where exhibitors compete against the clock testing their speed and precision driving – great to watch, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats!
There will be a live set from DJ Montana on the Saturday evening for traders and pre-booked campers, along with a licensed bar, catering and fairground rides.
Free Parking. Dogs are welcome on a lead.

Yorkshire Traction Engine Rally 2025

Scampston Hall is once again the perfect location for Yorkshire Traction Engine Rally. See huge displays of exhibits from all over the UK, with traction engines including magnificent showman’s engines and pause to listen to traditional fairground organs. Wander around displays of vintage/classic vehicles including cars, commercials, motorcycles, tractors and military vehicles. An action-packed arena programme will run throughout the weekend.
